I took 2 pills of the Ultima T3 on an empty stomach, and after 3 hours, I had my blood work done. My T3 levels came back at 85 ng/dL, which is well within normal range (60-181). It felt like I wasn’t getting any benefits from this product at all. I even checked the verification code on their website, and it showed it was legitimate. Based on my experience, I can't recommend the T3 from Ultima.
