My second order was on June 21st, and the third on June 27th, both of which were supposed to be shipped via 'express' but haven’t shipped yet. They don’t even warn about these shipping issues on their site, but they happily take your money. I was told repeatedly about customs issues and that they would ship soon, with the last promise being for July 13th. It’s now July 22nd, and still nothing has shipped. I wouldn’t recommend NapsGear right now, especially since they offer discounts but I can’t even get my orders.
